The 35th Congress of the Association Francophone de Gestion des Ressources Humaines will be held in Barcelona next year.

This strategic choice to hold the event in this emblematic city reflects the association’s commitment to strengthening its international influence and exploring new opportunities for development.

Barcelona, this dynamic city, has long been a focal point for scientific research, culture and business. Its unique blend of tradition and innovation makes it the ideal place to discuss the future of human resources.

The theme of the 35th congress, “Between the fragmentation and hybridisation of the work environment”: which HRM for tomorrow?”, is in perfect symbiosis with the scientific research potential present in Barcelona and the vast network of world-class universities and companies based there.

The 35th congress will be organised by one of Barcelona’s 3 prestigious business schools, EADA Business School. This university institution, which is almost 70 years old, has built its expertise and reputation in executive and postgraduate training on its proximity to companies.
