Visa Information

Please find all the necessary information regarding visa requirements and procedures on the official webpage of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The AGRH Congress organizers can provide an invitation letter confirming the 35th AGRH Congress  as “Credibility and traceability of the travel purpose to Spain” for registered participants and the AGRH Congress 2024 dates. Please note that this is only possible for registered conference participants.

Please contact us at agrh2024barcelona@gmail.com  to obtain an invitation letter once you have successfully registered for the conference.
Please note as well that AGRH Congress cannot assist with the formalities of obtaining a visa beyond issuing an invitation letter (like confirmation of accommodation, return travel, health insurance, etc.).
